That does it for the first floor. Now we take the stairs up to the second floor to have a look.
At the top of the stairs, we find ourselves on the Landing. This picture doesn't do it justice. It is large enough to accommodate a round game table and four chairs. The balcony you see on the outside of those French doors provides great views of the golf course. Pictures coming up.
Before we take a look at the golf course, here is one of the secondary bedrooms. It is located on the front of the home above the Study. This is a Jack and Jill bedroom/ bath arrangement.
The near side of this picture is the Vanity which is attached to the Front Bedroom. The other Vanity is part of the rear secondary bedroom. In between is everything else.
As you can see, this secondary bedroom is currently being used for fitness equipment. It features French Doors that open to the upstairs balcony and a wonderful view of the golf course.
This is your view from the balcony just outside the landing's French doors. The doors on the covered Patio and Balcony face South, this means your windows on the patio and Balcony stay in the shade during the summer months. How cool is that?
This is the owner's sleeping room. It is big enough for all of your dreams. Comes with direct access to the balcony. Take your coffee to the balcony in the morning. It is a great way to start a day.
The upstairs balcony features wonderful golf course views, and the re-purposed brick used to construct the floor is over 100 years old. The white ceiling fans pictured here have been replaced with new fans which are black to match the banister.
Here is a look at the vanity. Featuring granite tops and floors, faux-finished walls plus a large assortment of drawers and cabinets. The opposite end of the vanity has the same built-in cabinets you see at the far end of this room. Finally, there are two large walk-in closets. Next, the Room with the tub.
Now a large jacuzzi tub is in its own room. Once again we need to mention there is a wall full of deep cabinets on the wall opposite the tub. If you enjoy shopping at the big box stores where you must purchase things in large quantities, you will discover you have all the room you need to store it away right where it belongs.
Adjacent to and included in the Owner's Suite, you step down into this Sitting Room. This area includes a kitchenette, a walk-in closet, and a separate staircase that leads down to a private outdoor entrance.
This room was originally constructed as a one-room apartment. We didn't need an apartment but did need an office. So, put a door in connecting this area to the Owner's suite. This was an office for a time, then a year-long re-model and update transformed this space into a Retreat; perfect for reading and writing.
This bathroom is a part of the Retreat. What started out being a one-room apartment ended up being a part of the owner's suite. Bringing the total square footage to approx. 1,219 Square feet of air-conditioned space. How sweet it is!
Before we go up to the third floor, we need to make mention a missed feature. Between that nice blue jacuzzi tub room and the Retreat viewed in the last three photos, there is a shower room with a large walk-in shower, a bidet, and a commode. (None of it pictured) You'll just need to come by and see for yourself. Now let's go up.
As we reach the top of the stairs to the third floor we find ourselves in the Media Room. Yes, it is wired for surround sound and luckily has great acoustics for Top Gun-like movies. Notice the door in the center of the picture. I will show you what's behind that door in a few moments. But first, let us visit the 3rd wet bar in this home.
Here it is. This features the same appliance package as the Retreat on the second floor. Namely a bar sink, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and a microwave oven. Movie night will be complete with popcorn and a cold drink. You won't be surprised to also find more cabinet space.
Adjacent to the Media room is the Game room. Built-in shelves over "More" cabinets provide a fun place for your sports memorabilia collection to be displayed. The stadium chairs will be removed before closing. They are our season ticket seats at Texas Stadium for the entire time the stadium was operational. Lots of memories.
This is bedroom #4 next to the Game room. If you wanted to convert the Retreat back into a bedroom, you could make it into bedroom #5. A young family in need of a nursery might find that to be a good option.

Remember the door on the wall in the media Room? Here is what is behind that door. A spacious, custom cedar walk-in closet. This is where you can store your winter wardrobe when spring rolls around. The little critters that like to chew holes in your nice clothes while you're not watching, don't want to be inside a cedar closet.
We are finished with the third floor, so let's go downstairs and look around outside.
The patio extends the full width of the home.
This is the rear yard view from the southeast corner of the property. Plenty of room to add a pool if desired. The yard is 85' wide and the distance from the patio to the fence is 50'. Can't see the A/C compressors in this picture, but there are three on each side of the house. Yes, 6 total. They break down thusly. The first floor has two systems; split East and West. The second floor has two systems; split East and West, Plus a system for the Retreat. The sixth system handles the third floor.
Another picture of the rear of the home was taken from the southwest corner of the property. In this picture, you can see the 60KW Generac generator. It is powerful enough to operate everything in the home simultaneously. Mention is made elsewhere, but in case you missed it; there is lightning rod protection on the roof. and every outside door and all windows are protected from hurricane-force winds by Astro Guard fabric.
This rear yard is like a fresh canvas waiting for your good ideas. Perhaps a pool with a cabaña and an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit close by. This picture was taken just over the top of the rear hedge facing East. Sweetwater CC is almost visible through the trees at the end of the fairway. Being on the tee box, you don't get any golf balls in the yard.
