Description
To ensure any potential buyer makes a decision based on full information, Seller is part of a group of five unit owners who have paid for the following reports: (1) a 100+ page report by ZeroSix Consulting evaluating the waterproofing and quality of the Corvalla building exterior and health safety at Corvalla; (2) a flammability testing report by Armstrong Laboratories; (3) a report of results of mold inspections inside the ventilation systems of Seller’s unit and certain other units; (4) thermal imaging of the Corvalla exterior and of the plumbing in certain units;(5) mold testing on portions of wood exposed by reconstruction of the Corvalla exterior;(6) mold testing of Seller’s unit by multiple vendors; (7) testing of carbon dioxide levels in Seller’s unit and certain other units. A buyer can purchase with confidence and peace of mind knowing this Seller has provided all available information. Corvalla says and or claims things will be fixed. This condo has tested positive for mold.
