• Abodefy properties are all enabled with self-guided tour access. Your client can tour our properties anytime they want by scheduling online. No need to coordinate through phone calls or email with the seller's schedule.

• The Abodefy transaction process makes your life and your client's life so much easier. No more texting the client to upload documents, it's all contained within our portal with viewing access for you and your client.

THIRD + SALES: $2,000 BTSA* plus 3% COMMISSION

SECOND SALE: $1,000 BTSA* plus 3% COMMISSION

*Abodefy LLC reserves the right to change prices, incentives, and BTSA promotions without notice. All buyer & RELATOR incentive contingent upon new contracts written between on or after July 1, 2024, that close by July 31, 2025.  This excludes transfers & rewrites. Level of BTSA is determined by net sales written between July 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025 at time of the Effective Date of the subject Purchase Agreement.  BTSA will be paid upon closing & cannot be combined with, and is in lieu of, any other bonus programs, incentives or promotions.  BTSA promotion ends July 31, 2025, Realtor must be the procuring cause of the sale to receive BTSA.  Realtor must be register with client’s Purchase Terms with Abodefy prior to purchase contract execution to be eligible for BTSA.
